Eligibility for Return or Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:
In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping the parcel back to us.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
We’ll review the issue and make it right promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged by the customer (unless proven damaged on arrival).
Sale or discounted items, including Eid, seasonal, or clearance sales.
Customized products designed specifically for you.
⚠️ No Return or Refund on Customized Products
Custom-made items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original order first.
Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
A 35% exchange fee (based on the original invoice) will be applied.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.
If approved, 30% will be deducted from the original amount, and the remaining amount will be transferred to your preferred payment method.
Please note: Refund processing may take 3–12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
